| Chemical Cleaning |
Air-Con units that have not been serviced and maintained properly will result in the aircon units not being cold or have leaking problems. It is recommended to do a thorough chemical overhauled to ensure that the cooling performance remains optimum and that the air you are breathing in is clean and fresh!

- All charges may be adjusted accordingly depending on the site condition and location
- Top up of gas and chemical overhaul will be charged separately
- Payment has to be made and collected by cash or cheque upon completion at site. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "AZIL Engineering Services Pte Ltd".
- All the above prices quoted do not include spare part replacements and repair works.
