Maintenance Contract

The maintenance will be done once every monthly/ bi-monthly / quarterly or bi-annually depending on your requirements and budgets.

Scope of Work

Clean and wash the filters Clean the evaporator coil Check the condenser unit Clean the blower wheel and fan blade Clean the drain pan Flush the drain pipe Check for noise problem Check all electrical components Check all electrical components Test run	Prevent water leaking Improve the cooling performance Cleaner air to breath in Prolong life span of the air conditioner unit Save cost on repair works and parts replacement

Terms & Conditions

All charges may be adjusted accordingly depending on the site condition and location
Top up of gas and chemical overhaul will be charged separately
Payment has to be made and collected by cash or cheque upon completion at site. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "AZIL Engineering Services Pte Ltd".
All the above prices quoted do not include spare part replacements and repair works.
AZIL Engineering Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions, its packages and pricing without prior notice.
